Tru-Cut "PS A+B" sponge contact wheels are a softer versin of B+C wheels. A+B = A soft sponge mixed with B medium sponge segments. Suited for very flexible abrasive belts such as J & F weights.

Tru-Cut TSR sponge contact wheels are among the softest of the range with grades as follows:

• A = 20/25 durometer
• B = 30/35 durometer
• C = 40/45 durometer

Manufactured from a soft sponge laminated to a Vulkollan rubber segment, these must be run at slow speeds to gain the advantages of the very soft support provided by this wheel. Suited for use with very flexible abrasive belts such as thos with J & F backings.

Tru-Cut CT sponge contact wheels are constructed from cotton canvas cloth wrapped around soft sponge. Ideal applications for this model would be where the side of the contact wheel is used excessively to blend and polish contours. The cotton canvas cloth prevents premature wear on the sponge segment.

Available in both "Soft" with 2 wraps of cloth or "Firm" with 4 wraps of cloth. Suited for very flexible abrasive belts with J & F weight backings.

Tru-Cut NEO sponge wheel is the softest of the range offering a hardness of 15/18 durometer. This wheel must be run at slow speeds and due to its soft construction will only run in one direction. Suited for the most flexible belt backing types.
