The wide range of applications on which Rex-Cut cotton reinforced products are used prove it to be one of the most versatile of all abrasive tools. The unique construction of the Rex-Cut product continually exposes new abrasive grain during the finishing process, resulting in cooler operation and no back transfer or smearing.

With its soft, cushion like grinding action the composition of cotton reinforced products makes them unusually resilient, smooth handling and very quiet. Any tendency toward vibration and chatter is reduced.

Unlike most bonded or coated abrasives cotton reinforced wheels do not load up when working on softer metals and alloys. This unique product allows you to use a coarse grit and achieve a finish two or three steps finer in one operation.

Cut N Finish is a multi-laminated disc, impregnated with 30% more abrasive grain. The disc is flexible and offers a smooth controlled grinding action which cuts cooler and provided fine finishes on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Rex Cut quick change discs use a plastic thread on the back of the wheel for fast, positive wheel changes. Remove small welds, blend machine marks, deburr edges and polish.

For use on barrel, straight grinders or bench grinders.

Available in most popular pointed shapes, with 1/4" and 1/8" shank diameters for die grinder applications.
